Integrative Practitioner, Advisor, Founder of HEAL WAVE
The body and mind are always in dialogue, shaped by the people, places, and objects around us. Most of us learn to listen to only one part of the conversation.

People often try to change their lives through thought alone, while the deeper patterns that shape how they feel, relate, and move continue running quietly underneath. My work lives in that in-between space, where old survival strategies form, where meaning takes shape, and where real change becomes possible.

People come to this work for different reasons. They may feel disconnected from themselves, move through life on autopilot, or notice patterns that continue no matter how much insight they build. Others arrive during transitions, when old ways of coping stop making sense and a deeper reset is needed. My role is to help them understand what is happening underneath and begin creating patterns that feel steadier to live from.

HEAL WAVE™ is the method I founded to integrate body awareness, nervous system support, subconscious and parts-based patterns, relational insight, and practical, real-life integration. It is built around the body–mind connection, the place where patterns form, where survival strategies take hold, and where meaningful change becomes possible. This approach shapes all of my work, from my private practice to my collaborations.

My background includes more than a decade of study across body-based approaches, trauma-stress education, attachment and parts work, and integrative wellness. My work draws from somatic and nervous system research, pattern-based change work, and mind-body practices such as mindfulness, breathwork, and sound. My training has been shaped by educators and thought leaders including Bessel van der Kolk, Stephen Porges, Richard Schwartz, Leslie Korn, Peter Levine, Jack Kornfield, Tara Brach, and John Beaulieu.

At the center of my work is a simple belief:
change happens when the whole person is involved, the body, the mind, the patterns beneath both, and the life they return to each day.

For those who understand their patterns but are ready for real change, The Return is my twelve-week, one-to-one process.
It brings this work into the real moments of your life, where insight becomes lived, steadiness replaces effort, and forward movement begins to feel possible.

Begin The Return

Before founding HEAL WAVE™, I worked across art and design curation, interior design, and sensory-led environments, in spaces where material, meaning, and human response were shaped in real time. That experience continues to inform how I understand the relationship between space, what surrounds us, the nervous system, and lived experience.

This perspective now guides how the HEAL WAVE™ method is adapted for group-based experiences in studios and hotels. The work focuses on common patterns of regulation and response rather than personal narrative, and each experience is designed around the venue’s audience, programming, and seasonal rhythms, using accessible sensory practices such as breath, sound, and mindfulness that work at scale without disclosure.

In parallel, I bring over a decade of experience in brand and business development, allowing me to speak fluently across design, wellness, and institutional contexts. I also advise on private environments and collection-centered projects, with attention to how people actually experience, relate to, and live with a space over time.

If this way of working feels aligned, I welcome thoughtful conversations and collaborations.
